the Student Portal (SRJC-myCubby)
Question 1: How do I access my Student Portal?
Answer: Open a browser and use the following link to bring up the Student Portal login page.
http://busapp02.santarosa.edu/portal
To login you will need your Student Identification Number and your pin code. If this is the first time you have logged in your pin code will be your birthday in the form mmddyyyy. For example if your birthday is February 4, 1985 then your pin would be 02041985.
If you have forgotten your ID Number and/or Pin Code look on left side of the Student Portal login page for help.
Question 2: What will I find in the Student Portal?
Answer: Your portal is designed to help
you communicate with
· Submit a new application to the College
· Add, Drop, and Register for classes
·
View grades for each term or all grades at
· Pay Fees
· Contact the college with your questions
· Lookup your student information including: schedule of classes, fee waivers, holds, academic plan, registration priority, placement results, approved challenges, approved equivalencies, and more
· Receive announcements from the college and from your instructors
Question 3: What if I don’t have a Student Identification Number (SID)?
Answer: You
will receive your assigned Student Identification Number (SID) when you apply

Question 4: What do I do if I forgot my Student Identification Number (SID)?
Answer: If you forgot your Student Identification Number, do the following:
· Go to the Student Portal login page

· On the left side of the page click on the link “I forgot my SID Number”
· Follow the directions on the web page to get your SID
Question 5: What do I do if I forgot my Personal Identification Number (PIN Code)?
Answer: If you forgot your Personal Identification Number (PIN Code), do the following:
· Go to the Student Portal login page http://www.santarosa.edu/portal
· On the left side of the page click on the link “I forgot my PIN Code”
· Follow the directions on the web page to get your PIN Code
Question 6: How to I get my grades?
Answer: To view your grades and unofficial transcript online do the following:
· Login to the Student Portal (See “How do I access my Student Portal” if necessary)
· On the left side of the page click on the link “View Grades”
· Select the desired semester and your grades will display

Answer: To add a class online do the following:
